Charges: Vandalism
An ex-employee was observed throwing rocks at his previous manager's vehicle, causing damage. The suspect was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Main Jail.

Los Gatos Boulevard/Gateway Drive
Officers responded to an unknown injury collision involving three vehicles. Two parties were transported to local hospitals for further evaluation.

Officers responded to an unknown injury collision. The driver drove into a business through a window, narrowly missing structural support. The Building Inspector and County Fire responded to assist.

Arrest: 29 year old male, resident of Tracy
Charges: Driving on a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver had a suspended license. A search of the vehicle yielded prescription narcotics and methamphetamine. The suspect was cited and released.

Officers responded to an auto burglary. The victim vehicle's passenger window was smashed and personal items were removed.

Arrest: 25 year old male, resident of Sunnyvale
Charges: Driving on suspended license
Officers responded to a minor injury collision and determined that the driver had collided with 7 parked vehicles. Officers also determined that the driver had a suspended driver's license. Los Gatos Boulevard was shut down for approximately one hour. The driver was cited and released.

Arrest: 33 year old female, resident of Mountain View
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and found a passenger to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was cited and released.

Arrest: 39 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject who was behaving inappropriately. Contact was made with the subject, who was extremely intoxicated, unable to care for himself, had no means of getting home, and was causing a disturbance. He was transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 33 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle and located two subjects. The male was arrested for possession of paraphernalia (needles) and was cited and released.

Winchester/Bruce
Arrest: 43 year old female, resident of Campbell
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a non-injury collision and found that the vehicle collided with a parked car, rolled over, and rested upright. Air bags were deployed. The driver was not injured. She displayed objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was unable to complete field sobriety tests. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 21 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver of the vehicle displayed objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a commercial burglary that occurred overnight. Unknown suspects forced entry through the skylight.

Officers responded to an auto burglary. The victim vehicle's window was smashed and personal items were taken. Surveillance video was obtained and follow-up is being conducted.
