First Annual “Claus for Paws” Starts at ISP Bloomington Post
Bloomington – In an effort to give back to the community we serve, Indiana State Police personnel at the Bloomington Post have created a donation “doghouse” box “Claus for Paws”. This “doghouse” will be used to collect items needed for sheltered pets at the Owen County Humane Society in Spencer. The donation box will be set up in the lobby of the Bloomington Post at 1500 North Packinghouse Road throughout the Christmas Season.
Items that will gladly be accepted include food (dry & canned), collars, leashes, bleach, peanut butter, cheese whiz and paper towels.
The deadline for donations will be December 22nd with a delivery date to the Humane Society on December 23rd.
