On December 4, 2015 at approximately 12:45 PM, an unidentified female removed the wallet from the purse of an 85 year old victim when the victim left her purse unattended inside a business located in the 1000 block of N. Grand Avenue in the City of Covina. After taking the wallet out of the purse, the suspect concealed the wallet under her clothing and walked out of the business. The theft was captured on video surveillance and the Covina Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect and her associate.
