UPDATE: Police locate missing and endangered juvenile Parker G. Sinclair located

Police are looking for 16-year-old Parker G. Sinclair, who was last seen at 6:10 a.m. today near 24th and Gillham. He was outside a hospital his mother was trying to get him to. His mother is concerned for his welfare because he is a danger to himself.
Parker is a white male who is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue denim shirt with plaid lining over a gray Nike shirt with jeans and gray tennis shoes.
