There will be a slow-moving, oversized load travelling south on State Highway 14 through Groesbeck in the next few minutes. It is approximately 20 feet high, 26 feet wide and 135 feet long. They have an escort and crews to move utility lines as they pass through. Expect delays on Ellis Street for the next 30 minutes or so.
