Road Closure Notice
Please be advised that on Thursday December 17th the Monmouth County Highway Department will be milling and paving the section of road on Sea Girt Ave between State Highway 71 and NJ Transit railroad tracks.
On Thursday December 17th Sea Girt Ave will be closed to all traffic from 7am until approximately 2pm. Eastbound Sea Girt Ave will be detoured north on State Highway 71 to Beacon Blvd.
Westbound Washington Blvd will be detoured north to The Plaza, onto 6th Ave north, onto Beacon Blvd, then west to State Highway 71.
We will have officers assisting in traffic control at Washington Blvd, Sea Girt Ave and Beacon Blvd/Hwy 71.
Weather conditions may delay or cancel this road construction project. These closures are expected to cause delays in traffic entering and exiting the Borough on Thursday December 17th.
