Officers responded to a commercial burglary that had occurred at 0530 hours. A subject entered the business and stole pastries. Surveillance was obtained, and a suspect has been identified. Charges are pending.

Charges: Theft, possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substance

Officers responded to package theft that the homeowner was viewing in progress via his security system. Officers located the suspect and several stolen packages. He was transported to Main Jail.

Charges: outstanding warrants

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a transient male subject who was attempting to flag down vehicles. Several parties also told officers that the same subject had been throwing rocks on the creek trail. A subject was contacted and found to have active warrants. He was transported to Main Jail.

Charge: Possession of controlled substance, under the influence of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, outstanding warrant

Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle that had been running for over 2 hours. Contact was made with the occupant and a search yielded heroin and paraphernalia. She was transported to Main Jail.

Charges: Possession of paraphernalia, suspended driver’s license, and warrants

Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver had a suspended license and 3 active warrants. A search yielded drug paraphernalia. The suspect was transported to Main Jail.

Charges: Possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, drunk in public

Officers observed a subject vandalizing a temporary street sign. She displayed objective symptoms of extreme alcohol intoxication. A search yielded narcotics. The suspect was transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 22 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI

Officers responded to an injury collision and determined that the driver of one of the involved vehicles displayed objective signs of alcohol intoxication. Both vehicles sustained major damage and the roadway was shut down for approximately 30 minutes. The suspect was transported to a local hospital for injuries sustained in the collision. He was cited and released for DUI.

Officers responded to a theft from a vehicle. While on scene, officers discovered additional vehicles that had been burglarized and/or vandalized. Surveillance was obtained and follow-up is being conducted.

Officers responded to a commercial burglary and discover that 3 other business had also been victimized. The suspects stole various items from each business. Additionally, a vehicle was stolen from the back parking lot. Surveillance video was obtained and follow-up is being conducted.

Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver of the vehicle displayed objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He became uncooperative and attempted to run away, despite being handcuffed. The suspect was transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 39 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Driving on suspended license, burglary, possession of stolen property, theft, grand theft, possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia

On 12/1 at 0822 hours, officers contacted a subject after responding to Rite-Aid on Los Gatos Boulevard on a report of a credit card fraud in-progress. Officers arrested the subject and conducted a search of her vehicle. More than 60 items of stolen property were located in her vehicle. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

On 12/6/2015 at 0956 hours, officers responded to the 100-blk of Bond on a report of a theft that had just occurred. The same subject was also reported to have been going door-to-door asking residents for work. She was captured on surveillance video and officers immediately recognized her as the same subject involved in the above mentioned incidents. Officers contacted the suspect and asked her to come to the Police Department. She agreed, arriving in the same clothing she was seen wearing on surveillance while committing the thefts . A search of the vehicle she drove to the Police Department yielded items stolen from Bond Ct., additional stolen property, and evidence of other criminal activity. The suspect was transported to Main Jail.
