LACoFD and LASD on scene of trapped horse in ravine in Portuguese Bend Reserve. Rider and horse okay. 
Los Angeles County Fire Department and deputies from Lomita Station are on scene of a stuck horse in a ravine in the Portuguese Bend Reserve.
The rider reported that she and the horse were uninjured, but that the horse was stuck in dense brush in the Reserve.
Helicopter noise associated with both media and rescue efforts can be expected.
