This morning the AEPD was notified by a parent that early last evening, while walking home, their young son noticed that he was being followed by an individual in an "old silver car." The boy advised that he began to run and when he reached the driveway of his home, the person exited his vehicle and followed him up the driveway.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:00PM on Berkeley Road (1100 Block). The description of the suspect as given to the parent of the boy is as follows:
Black male
Age: "not old, but not a teenager"
Height: Possibly in the area of 5'10"
Wearing a black shirt
