Bicknell Man Arrested for Child Molesting
Knox County – Bicknell Police and Indiana State Police arrested a 21-year-old Bicknell man yesterday afternoon for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old Knox County girl.
A criminal investigation was initiated on December 13 after receiving information a 13-year-old girl was allegedly molested by Juan Onel Vargas, 21, of Bicknell. During the investigation it was revealed that Vargas was visiting at the teen’s residence on December 11 when the alleged assault occurred.
Juan was arrested yesterday afternoon without incident at the Bicknell Police Department. He was taken to the Knox County Jail where he is currently being held on a $75,000 bond.
