The Aberdeen Police report unusually high amount of vehicle break-ins in the Poplar St. and Downtown areas. We ask for the public's help, please call if you see anything or anybody out of the ordinary. Secure all personal items in trunk or bring inside. Be aware of your surroundings all times of year, but especially around the holidays. Do not store presents in plain view inside vehicle when shopping. Have a safe and healthy Christmas and New Year!
