12/20/15, press release - Assault and Robbery
On Sunday, December 20, 2015, at approximately 1:13AM, the Burlington Police Department responded to the Cumberland Farms convenience store located at 661 Pine Street in Burlington for a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred.
The initial investigation showed that two male suspects entered the convenience store at which time one of the suspects displayed a weapon and demanded cash from the register. The third suspect remained outside of the store in what appears to be a “look out” role. The store clerk was unharmed during the course of this robbery. The suspects then fled the area with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspects are described as follows:
Suspect 1 – Male who is 5’8” to 5’9”, black skin tone, thin build, wearing a dark jacket, grey hooded sweat shirt, jeans, and a mask.
Suspect 2 – Male who is 5’8” to 5’9”, black skin tone, thin to medium build, wearing a dark jacket, dark pants, and a mask.
Suspect 3 – Male who is 5’7” to 5’10”, unknown skin tone, medium build, wearing a dark blue jacket with the hood up.
