Navarro River At Navarro affecting Mendocino County Scattered rain showers are expected to continue through tonight. The Navarro River is expected to crest at flood stage around noon. * At 10:15 AM Tuesday the stage was 22.9 feet.
* Minor FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* This river is forecast to fluctuate near 23.0 feet thru early afternoon then forecast to recede to near 20 feet by late this afternoon. Then forecast to recede to near 15 feet around 1:00 AM Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet...Flooding of Highway 128 approximately 5 miles from Highway 1 is certain and the road will be closed. Motorists should use alternate routes. &&
* AFFECTED AREAS: MENDOCINO
