On December 16th, 2015 at approximately 1823 hours, a white male in his late 20’s or early 30’s, average build, wearing a dark green/grey sweatshirt with white writing, a dark green jacket, light colored blue jeans with dark colored shoes, red laces, and a close crop hair cut with a goatee-style beard entered the Rite-Aid on North Ave. and walked to the rear of the store. The male then removed an item valued at 149.99 from a box and walked past all final points of sale without paying.
