Problem Oriented Policing Unit Serves Narcotics Search Warrant.
On Saturday, December 26th 2015, at about 6:00 A.M., The Anderson Police Departments P.O.P. Team served a narcotics search warrant at the home of 50 year old, Deborah Bush in the 20400 block of River Valley Drive. Officers seized heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia along with evidence of drug sales.
Bush told police that she had been selling controlled substances from her home and that she was also using heroin. Bush was taken into custody and booked at the Shasta County Jail for felonious narcotic violations including sales and distribution of controlled substances. Bush’s husband, 50 year old Teddy Bush, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. 32 year old, Michael Lopez was captured while trying to escape and flee the residence during the execution of the search warrant. Lopez had numerous warrants for his arrest and is on AB109/PRCS.
22 year old, Jazmin Martinez was also taken into custody after being located at the residence. Martinez had two active warrants for her arrest and was booked at the Shasta County Jail with Lopez and Deborah Bush.
