Snow Emergency declared for Portage starting at 12am 12/29/15 in the Central Business District. At 2am parking is prohibited on all snow routes. At 5am parking prohibited on all streets except Central Business District. Please plan accordingly and find alternative parking. The Snow Emergency will remain in effect for 48 hours unless cancelled. 24 hr. hotline is available at 742-2176 ex 335
