The Sleepy Eye PD will not be issuing parking tickets today for vehicles parked in unplowed snow. Due to the incoming snow storm expected the City plows will not be out to clear the streets until after the new snow has fallen. The Sleepy Eye PD will resume issuing parking tickets to vehicles parked in unplowed snow 24 hours after the next declared snow emergency.
