Clinton County Emergency Management Agency message 
Sharing a message posted by the Clinton County Emergency Management Agency on their Facebook page on 12/30/15:
At 4:00 pm today, Clinton County filed a Proclamation with the State of Illinois Emergency Management Agency declaring The county as a disaster area. Stan Krushas, Region 8 IEMA coordinator submitted the paperwork on our behalf. Representative Charlie Meier had just informed Clinton County EMA and County Board Chairman Bob Fix, that the Governor has added Clinton County to his list of Disaster Areas. This step is critical to continue the preparation, management and recovery from the severe and damaging floods.
