*UPDATE* Troopers Investigating Person Shot inside a Vehicle
*Update* Victims Identified
Indianapolis - Early this morning around 3:15 the Indiana State Police responded to the ramp from I-465 southbound to Pendleton Pike on a report of a person shot. It appears the victim, 31 year old William Dullen of Indianapolis, was a passenger in a silver Ford Crown Victoria, and suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The driver of that car, 29 year old Brandon McKinney of Indianapolis, was not injured and was arrested on an unrelated traffic warrant.
According to McKinney, the shots were fired from a red Dodge Charger. After the gunfire the silver Crown Victoria spun out of control on the ramp and struck a guardrail. Dullen was transported to Methodist Hospital and has since been released.
