TRAFFIC AND PARKING ADVISORY
FOR THE AFTERNOON AND NIGHT
OF JANUARY 7th, 2016
Expect three principal parking restrictions from noon until midnight. Vehicles in violation will be towed.
• There will be no parking on either side of Main Street, from Church Street to St. Paul Street.
• There will be no parking on the City Hall Park side of St. Paul Street from the corner of Main Street to College Street. This area will be reserved for properly-identified press vehicles.
• There will be no parking on Church Street from Main Street to King Street from 3:00 PM onward.
• With the exception of mass transit and emergency traffic, Main Street will be closed to vehicular and bicycle traffic from Church Street to Saint Paul Street from 1:00 PM onward. Westward access to Main Street from South Winooski will be limited. Seek alternate routes, especially Pearl Street, when travelling from east to west in the downtown area.
