Snow develops this evening and exits Sunday morning. Lake effect snow Sunday afternoon. Gusty winds Sunday - blowing snow - reduced visibilities. Heaviest snow between 1am and 7am Sunday. Total accumulations 4-8 inches. Winds weaken Sunday night into Monday. Possible additional lake effect accumulations.
Keep an emergency kit in your car if you must travel (flashlight, food, water, extra blankets, charged cell phone). Stay alert to changing conditions.
