* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL AVERAGE 5 TO 15 MPH
THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILL VALUES WILL FALL TO AROUND 25
BELOW ZERO...WITH THE COLDEST READINGS FROM ABOUT 4 AM THROUGH 8
