TO 4 AM EST WEDNESDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 2 INCHES.
* TIMING...TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.
* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...FALLING TO THE MID 20S WITH WIND CHILLS IN THE
SINGLE DIGITS.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
AN ALBERTA CLIPPER DROPPING INTO THE GREAT LAKES WILL BRING THE
FIRST ACCUMULATING SNOW OF THE SEASON FOR MANY LOCATIONS.
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW
