Montclair Emergency Services for the Homeless will hold overnight shelter tonight Tuesday January 12th and tomorrow Wednesday the 13th due to the cold weather.

With the cold weather here, we have to think of those individuals who have no place to keep warm. Please pass this information to anyone you think might need it.

Projected dates of service for January are listed below. Please note that these dates are subject to weather predictions and the schedule is subject to change. Best efforts to provide notifications of shelter schedule changes will be provided by 12 noon of the projected shelter date.

Please note that all MESH overnight shelter services will held at Union Baptist Church R.C. Rice Hall located at 12 Midland Avenue, Montclair NJ. Doors open at 9pm and admission is closed at 11pm. The overnight respite services end at 7:30 each morning. Breakfast consisting of hot coffee/tea and a roll are provided from 7am to 7:30am.

Transportation will not be provided from the Cafe to the overnight respite site until further notice.
