Power Outage 
A car crash at a power substation in the area of Chilson & Brighton Rd. resulted in a significant area power outage including numerous traffic signals. DTE has been notified. Our DPW is responding to locations in the City with generators and in some cases stop signs. Please use extra caution when encountering affected intersections.
