Critical Missing Person 
On January 16, 2016 at approximately 1200 hrs, James Shannon 70, left his residence in Upland and has not been home. Shannon has been diagnosed with dementia and is unfamiliar with the neighborhoods surrounding Upland. Shannon was last seen driving his Gray, 2010 Nissan Murano (CA LIC 6RCK634.) He is described as a White male, 6’2”, approximately 205 lbs, and a goatee. Shannon was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with the words “Alcatraz” written on it and blue jeans. Shannon does not take any medication. If you see Shannon please contact the Upland Police Department so we can reunite him with his family.
