STAY ALL SNOW BUT THE SOUTHERN VALLEY MAY SWITCH OVER TO
SLEET/FREEZING RAIN BY EARLY AFTERNOON AND THEN ALL RAIN BY LATE
AFTERNOON. THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS ACROSS OUR CWA MAY SEE UP TO 3
INCHES BEFORE SNOW TAPERS OFF WEDNESDAY EVENING. LIGHT SNOW MAY
