On Wednesday, January 20, 2016, Downey Police Detectives presented the home invasion murder case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office for filing.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office filed the following charges against suspect Henry Sao, 27-year-old resident of Long Beach and Paul Misikei, 18-year-old resident of Anaheim: (1) count of 187 PC-murder, with special allegations, (1) count of 211 PCrobbery/home invasion, and (1) count of 459 PC-burglary, with special allegations.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has filed the same charges against the 17-year-old suspect, who will be tried as an adult.
This investigation is still on going and no further information will be released at this time.
