Press Release: NPD #1600-0304 Robbery Investigation (949 Conner Street, Noblesville) 1.24.16
On January 24, 2016 at approximately 1:17 p.m., police officers from the Noblesville Police Department responded to a report of a robbery on the property of Huntington Bank located at 949 Conner Street (Noblesville). Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and began to investigate.
The complainant told police that he walked up to the ATM and shortly thereafter was confronted by a subject demanding money. The complainant stated that he gave the subject $20.00 after the subject displayed a handgun. The complainant reported that the subject then fled the scene traveling southbound on foot. The complainant was not injured as a result of the incident.
Responding officers established a perimeter around the scene and searched the area for the suspect. K-9 units from the Carmel Police Department and Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department were also called to assist with the search. The perimeter was lifted at approximately 3:18 p.m.
The suspect was described as a male, wearing dark clothing and a ski mask.
