On January 26, 2016 at approximately 12:35 P.M., and unknown Black male suspect entered the Valero gas station located at 3192 Santa Rita Road. The male suspect walked up to the cashier to make a purchase. When the cashier rang up the purchase the cash register door opened and the suspect forcefully pushed the cashier away from the register. He took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. The suspect was last seen fleeing south from the business on foot. Another witness in the area saw the suspect run to a red sports car, which was backed up in a parking stall.
The suspect is described as a Black male adult, approximately 6’0” to 6’3” tall with a thin build. The suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt and black jeans with the words “Straight Outta Cali” written in white lettering on the front of the shirt.
The cashier was not injured during this incident
