On 01-28-16, Officers from the WFPD Organized Crime Unit and Interdiction Unit (K9) made a traffic stop which led to a search warrant being obtained for an apartment at Raintree Apts, 4516 Barnett Rd. The search yielded approximately 6.5 lbs of marijuana and 271 grams of THC wax. Anthony Venegas, age 19, was charged with Possession of Marijuana over 5lbs and Steven Sluder, age 18, was charged with Possession of Marijuana over 5lbs and Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 over 4 grams and under 400 grams for the THC wax. Both are currently in the Wichita County Jail.
