At 1230hrs, Vernon Police Department Detectives served a search warrant on an occupied industrial building in the 5000 block of Santa Fe Avenue, in the City of Vernon. Inside the building, Detectives located a sophisticated indoor grow operation and approximately 500 live marijuana plants in varying stages of maturity. Two individuals were arrested inside the building. The investigation is on-going.
