On 01-28-16, at approx 8:22pm, WFPD Officers responded to the 1300 blk of Hunt in reference to a possible home invasion.  Upon arrival, they made contact with a subject outside that stated that two unknown subjects, one with a handgun, had entered the residence demanding owed money and were possibly still inside with other occupants.  After staging around the residence, officers made entry and found the house to be empty with no apparent signs of foul play.  An arrest for public intoxication was made at the scene.  This case is currently under investigation.  If you know anything about this crime, please contact us at 940-761-7792 or call Crime Stoppers at 940-322-9888.

This house, and the individuals involved, appear to have been specifically targeted by the suspects and not a random act.  Therefore, the general public should not be alarmed.
