WEDNESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN QUAD CITIES HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM
TUESDAY TO 6 AM CST WEDNESDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER
IN EFFECT.

* TIMING...LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 8 INCHES. ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS IN
FAR NORTHERN SECTIONS OF THE WARNING

* TEMPERATURES...AROUND 30.

* WIND...NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO HEAVY SNOW AND
PERIODS OF SLEET...AS WELL AS BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
