On 02-01-16, at approximately 10:30 AM, an AEPD unit was dispatched to a business on N. Avondale Road in reference to an Entering Auto call.
Upon arrival and initial investigation it was determined that two (2) vehicles had been unlawfully entered. One vehicle did not have any damage and the second vehicle had a broken passenger window where forced entry was attempted. An alarm was activated when entry was attempted into the second vehicle, causing the perpetrator to flee. No items were taken from either vehicle.
Suspect described as:
African American male, slim build, with low cut hair and wearing all black clothing. Suspect was last seen eastbound on N. Avondale Road.
