***TRAFFIC ADVISORY***
The City of Red Oak would like to make our citizens aware of possible heavy traffic on Ovilla Road starting today. The Texas Department of Transportation has activated the new signal lights at Ovilla Road and Burney/Hickory Creek. The signal light facing westbound/eastbound traffic on Ovilla road is scheduled to blink yellow until Wednesday to Thursday to acclimate the motoring public to the new light. The traffic on Burney and Hickory Creek will receive a blinking red light. We ask that everyone drive safely and pay attention to traffic control devices.
