Officers responded to a report of fraudulent bank transactions that were discovered. The victim reported that a subject conducted an unauthorized transfer from his account into another account. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 48 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in Public
Officers responded to a report of a subject lying on the ground. Upon contact, the officers determined that the subject was unable to care for himself. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a reported vandalism. The victim reported that unknown subject(s) threw a small rock through a small glass pane on the front door.

Arrest: 54 year old male, transient
Charges: Threatening a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation.
Officers contacted a subject that was loitering behind a business and determined that he was on probation. A search yielded a methamphetamine pipe. The subject threatened to kill the arresting officer. He was transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a report of counterfeit money being passed by a subject. Officers made contact with the responsible party and determined that he was also a victim, unaware that he had received and passed counterfeit money. The second victim is working with Detectives to determine where he might have received the counterfeit money.

Officers responded to a reported vandalism. The resident discovered his front lawn, fence, and outdoor lighting damaged by what appeared to be a vehicle driving across his yard.

Officers responded to a non-injury collision. The driver mistakenly stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake - causing her vehicle to collide with the business, which resulted in moderate damage.

Officers responded to a shoplifting report and cited the juvenile suspect. He was released to his parents.
