...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CST WEDNESDAY...

* TIMING...SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE INTO THIS
AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL DECREASE SLOWLY IN INTENSITY LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...BUT STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE
WIDESPREAD BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL AVERAGE 6 TO 14
INCHES...WITH THE HEAVIER AMOUNTS IN EXTREME NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA...NORTHWEST IOWA...AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

* WINDS...NORTHERLY WINDS OF 25 TO 45 MPH WILL CONTINUE THIS
AFTERNOON AND MOST OF TONIGHT. WINDS WILL DECREASE TO 15 TO 25
MPH LATE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IS POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IN OPEN
AND RURAL AREAS. THE STRONG WINDS COMBINED WITH WET SNOW MAY
LEAD TO ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES ESPECIALLY IN RURAL AREAS. IN
ADDITION...SIGNIFICANT TRAVEL IMPACTS ARE LIKELY...AND MANY
ROADS MAY BECOME IMPASSABLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A BLIZZARD WARNING MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW WITH STRONG WINDS
AND POOR VISIBILITIES ARE LIKELY. THIS WILL LEAD TO WHITEOUT
CONDITIONS...MAKING TRAVEL EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. DO NOT TRAVEL. IF
