Flood Watch in effect from Noon Wednesday until 5 PM Thursday
From WGAL Weather:
Look for increasing clouds late in the evening ahead of a large storm system moving into the Great Lakes.
Overnight, temperatures will fall to the upper 30s, then rise to the low 40s with rain developing by sunrise Wednesday. Rain will continue, heavy at times, ending by evening. Most areas will pick up 0.75" of rain, with up to 1" possible. There may be enough energy to generate an isolated thunderstorm or two!
A Flood Watch is in effect from noon Wednesday until 5 PM Thursday for small streams and creeks that could spill over their banks thanks to the heavy rain and leftover snow that continues to melt. High temperatures will reach the mid-50s with windy conditions. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
