Correction on Snow Emergency, ends on 2/4/16. 
The declared snow emergency will start at 10 PM tonight Tuesday 2/2/16 and go through Wednesday 2/3/16 and end Thursday morning 2/4/16. Once the downtown is cleared of snow Thursday morning regular parking can resume. Cars parked on downtown streets after midnight on 2/2/16 to the morning of 2/4/16 will be ticketed and/or towed.
