Cypress Detectives arrest one for robbery, seek help in finding second suspect. 
On January 28, 2016, Detectives from the Cypress Police Department arrested Jacqueline Velazquez (D.O.B. 6/19/91) in connection with a bank robbery that occurred at the Citi Bank in Cypress. The robbery occurred on January 11, 2016. Velazquez served as the getaway driver during the robbery, while her cohort, Michael Davis (D.O.B. 9/2/82), entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. The two fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. It is believed Davis, who currently has a $100,000 warrant for his arrest for the robbery, is somewhere in Los Angeles County.
If seen, he should be considered armed and dangerous and members of the public are asked to call 9-1-1 immediately. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Cypress Police Department at 714-229-6631. Anonymous tips may be provided to OC Crime Stoppers at 1-855-TIP-OCCS (1-855-847-6227) and could be eligible for a reward.
