The snow emergency is still in effect until Thursday morning once the downtown area is cleared of snow. 
Any vehicle parked in the down town area will be ticketed and towed after midnight. The snow emergency area is located on the following streets.
- Main St. from 3rd Ave NE to Hwy 4
- 2nd Ave. E from Oak to Walnut
- 1st Ave. from Oak to Walnut
- 2nd Ave. W from Oak to Walnut.
