During periods of snow and snow removal, the Manchester Streets Department is required to maintain areas where vehicles have been sitting. By moving them every 24 hours, this provides an opportunity to clean where vehicles have been parked. With your cooperation, the crew can make OUR streets safe and clean to drive on, plus prevents the vehicle owner from getting a parking ticket for the violation.
