Livermore Police seeking the public's assistance in robbery investigation.
On February 3, 2016 at 0253 hours, Livermore Police Department officers responded to the Shell gas station at 4530 Las Positas Road for a report of a robbery. The investigation revealed that a Hispanic male adult entered the store and handed the clerk a note advising the clerk he had a gun and wanted the money from the register. The clerk feared for her life and gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 20-30 years of age, approximately 5’ 8” tall and weighing 200 lbs. The suspect has black hair and a mustache. The suspect left the scene in an older black sedan with tinted windows. Video surveillance at the gas station captured the attached images.
