The traffic lights at Holmen Drive S and Gaarder Road W are not working properly. The lights facing Gaarder Rd are out completely and the lights facing Holmen Dr are blinking red. Please use extreme caution at this intersection and treat it as a 4-way stop. Stop signs have been put out on Holmen Dr and Garrder Rd. The county highway department should be out to work on this soon.
