VPD arrests Rhonda McConkie, seizes 10 grams of methamphetamine from package shipped via USPS. 
At about 1240 hours on 2/8/16, the Valdez Police Department arrested Rhonda M. McConkie (49 yof) for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree.
McConkie was arrested for receiving a controlled substance via the mail. Valdez Police Officers seized a package containing approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine from McConkie at the time of her arrest.
McConkie's arrest was a result of a joint investigation by the Valdez Police Department and US Postal Inspection Service, with cooperation from the Valdez Branch of the US Postal Service.
