On February 12, 2016, form 6:30 AM until 4 PM Little Albany Street in New Brunswick will be shut down travelling from Easton Avenue to the entrance of the RWJUH Emergency Room. Emergency vehicles and vehicles needing to enter the lower parking deck will be allowed access.
