US National Weather Service warns of extreme cold temperatures. 
2/12/16 at 2:30pm: Much colder air will move into central PA during the next few days. Wind chill advisories and warnings have been issued for our entire forecast area. While it will be cold throughout the weekend, the coldest wind chills will be Saturday night/Sunday morning--ranging from -20F to -30F over the north and Laurel Highlands and -10F to -20F elsewhere in central PA. Keep these cold weather safety tips in mind:
