On 02-13-16, at approx 7:15pm, Officers responded to a residence in the 800 blk of Linda Ln in reference to a shooting. 42 year old Otis Seamster was shot one time in the chest following a disturbance and later died at a local hospital from his injury. Detectives know that an earlier disturbance involving Seamster occurred at the residence approx 30 minutes to an hour prior the shooting and are looking for anyone who may have been present during that disturbance.
