NICTD Signals are malfunctioning, training are stopping at crossing with a signalman flagging them through. Expect possible delays at the crossing as the trains are manually signaled through the crossing. Drivers are reminded to obey all instructions issued by the Railroad Signal persons. NICTD is working on the problem.
